A delegation of high-ranking North Korean officials is due to visit Moscow from next week, Russian media reported on Friday. Making up the delegation will be Ro Tu Chol, vice-premier of North Korea’s cabinet, and Deputy Foreign Minister Kung Sok Ung, the reports stated. Defence Minister Hyon Yong Chol will also be in attendance, reports noted. The delegates’ visit precedes Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un’s planned May visit to Moscow to attend Russia’s Victory Day celebrations.
