There may have been another apartment collapse in North Korea recently, about six months after a fatal incident in Pyongyang in May.

Radio Free Asia (RFA) reported on November 19 that part of a 38-story apartment in the Raknang district of Pyongyang collapsed, killing several construction workers.

Multiple unnamed sources told RFA that the collapse happened in October at the apartment under construction when a crane fell down with failing to sustain itself. It was reported that North Korea’s youth storm troops were in charge of the construction.
