North Korea reports on UN human rights briefing

KCNA issues positive review of human rights briefing but does not mention "detention centers"

North Korea has issued a report on the UN human rights briefing given by DPRK delegates on Wednesday, in which a North Korean official publicly discussed elements of the country’s prison system.

The article, published on the Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) summarized the presentation and reiterated the country’s belief that human rights issues are being politicized by forces hostile to North Korea for the purpose of inciting regime change.
