Kim Jong Un attends rocket launch close to ROK-DPRK border

ROK spokesman says civilians witnessed "columns of water caused by North Korean shells"

Kim Jong Un attended a live-shell firing exercise at a site close to the South Korea border, pictures released by Workers' Party newspaper Rodong Sinmun revealed on Tuesday.

In a front page feature, the Rodong Sinmun showed Kim Jong Un supervising Korean Peoples' Army Unit 171 in the test launching of the rockets, which were launched at a nearby mountain range as Kim Jong Un watches from an observation post.
