An event marking the Annual day for Persons with Disabilities in Korea receives domestic media coverage

North Korea marked the National Day of Persons with Disabilities on Thursday with a publicized event at the Pyongyang Schoolchildren’s Palace.

State run media outlets the Korea Central News Agency (KCNA) and the Rodong Sinmun newspaper reported on the occasion, which featured a series of sporting events and performances involving both disabled children's groups and groups from the Children's Palace.
