South Korea expresses sorrow at collapse of North Korean apartment block

South Korean expression of sorrow comes following North Korea's own expression of sorrow for Sewol disaster

South Korea on Tuesday sent a notice to North Korea to express sorrow at the loss of lives and injuries from the collapse of a residential building in the North Korean capital last week.

An official at South Korea’s Ministry of Unification told reporters that a notice of consolation was sent to North Korea through the Panmunjeom communication channel, South Korean media reported.
