China's Foreign Ministry recently summoned North Korea's ambassador in Beijing to warn against further provocations, Yonhap News Agency reported on Tuesday, citing an anonymous diplomatic source.

According to the source, North Korea's Ambassador to Beijing Ji Jae Ryeong was told that China would "clearly oppose any nuclear tests and medium- and long-range missile tests by North Korea".
