Australian PM blasts North as ‘outlaw state’

Speech comes after signing of trade pact with Seoul

Australian Prime Minister Tony Abbott visited the border between North and South Korea on Wednesday, blasting the North as an “outlaw state” and a “threat to world peace.”

Abbott’s visit to the DMZ came as part of a visit to South Korea which included signing a free trade agreement between his country and Seoul.
