The Rodong Sinmun on Tuesday charged that the United States is building up its special forces stationed in Korea with an eventual goal of launching a second Korean war.

The editorial claimed that a special operations unit, controlled by the American CIA, intends to infiltrate North Korea causing public disturbances and helping to prepare for its eventual occupation.

It said that the U.S. special forces, which it called the “vanguards of aggression and plunder,” are meant to “take the lead in realizing the U.S. domination and plunder of other countries and nations.”
