North Korea’s state media has devoted back-to-back days to the “Comfort Women” issue, going as far as to agree with a South Korean newspaper’s take on the matter.

An editorial in Wednesday’s Rodong Sinmun detailed Japanese documents found in Northeastern China that reportedly contain information on sexual slavery in the Imperial Japanese Army.

The Comfort Women, as they were known, were taken from many countries but mostly from Korea and China as sexual slaves for the Imperial Japanese Army prior to and during World War II

The documents “disclose the extreme barbarity of the Japanese imperialists,” the report said.  “At
