South Korea’s Cyber Terror Response Center on Saturday warned that a text message entitled "The video of Jang Song Thaek’s execution” is spreading throughout South Korea.
Users that click a link contained within the message, which reads "There could be a North Korean provocation or terror against South Korea following Jang Song Thaek’s execution," risk levying unauthorized charges of approximately 250,000 won, the Center warned.
