At the day's main event, which took place at the Pyongyang Indoor Gymnasium, Kim Jong Un was seated center stage underneath a large picture of Kim Jong Il and flanked by both the Vice Marshall of North Korea's army, Choe Ryong Hae, and the ceremonial head of state, Kim Yong Nam.
