N. Korea accuses Kerry of “provocation” on six-party talks

DPRK accuses USA of "insulting" North Korea

U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry is standing in the way of the resumption of six party talks and "inflaming bitterness", a spokesman for the DPRK's Ministry of Foreign Affairs said on Thursday.

Responding to comments made by the Secretary of State on Monday, where Kerry described North Korea as a "rogue state", the Foreign Ministry spokesman said that the United States is "inflaming bitterness toward the DPRK even by putting forward the State secretary and other diplomatic authorities while steadily escalating military threats to the DPRK".
