"A world without nuclear weapons must start on the Korean Peninsula" – Park

WASHINGTON D.C. – Pyongyang's "vicious circle" of provocations and concessions must end, South Korean president Park Geun-hye said in her address to a joint session of Congress on Wednesday.

The address marked the beginning of Park’s last day in Washington D.C. before concluding her first official overseas visit in Los Angeles later this week.
