On Monday, March 2, Kim oversaw a “long-range artillery” strike drill, involving “sub-units” of the Korean People’s Army. Kim “guided” the drill, the Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) reported, clad in his newly favored all-black leather trenchcoat and a Russian-style fur hat. Even as he was surrounded by facemask-wearing KPA general officers, the leader remained mask-less.
