Fabrics, soybean oil and human hair drove bilateral trade between North Korea and China to a six-year high last month, though Beijing’s official data largely omitted sensitive exchanges involving sanctioned goods. 

China did not release any trade data for November on items falling under HS Codes 72-89, which the DPRK is banned from importing under U.N. Security Council Resolution (UNSCR) 2379, NK Pro analysis of General Administration of Customs (GAC) data shows.

Thus, Beijing reported no new deliveries of vehicles or industrial machinery to the DPRK, despite doing so in previous months throughout the
