Perry Choi

Perry Choi is a retired U.S. Navy officer with expertise in Northeast Asian security dynamics and the North and South Korean militaries. He currently works as a senior research specialist at the Center for Naval Analyses (CNA). He previously served as a military advisor at the U.S. Department of State and has completed the Ph.D. program at the University of North Korean Studies.
