Chandana Seshadri is a Nonresident Fellow at the Stimson Center’s 38 North, specializing in the intersection of sanctions, financial crime and cyber threats, with a focus on North Korea. Her research and expertise include North Korean IT worker infiltration, proliferation finance typologies, sanction evasion and identity system vulnerabilities. She has advised governments, financial institutions, and multilateral bodies on counter-proliferation finance challenges. She previously worked with the Royal United Services Institute's Centre for Finance and Security and King’s College London’s Centre for Science and Security Studies.
