In the wake of growing cyber attacks from North Korea and other adversaries, the U.S. State Department said it would strengthen America's defenses by setting up a Bureau of Cyberspace Security and Emerging Technologies (CSET). According to a press release published on Thursday, Secretary of State Mike Pompeo approved the creation of the bureau to reorganize and resource America’s "security diplomacy" across cyberspace and emerging technologies.

"The challenges to U.S. national security presented by China, Russia, Iran, North Korea, and other cyber and emerging technology competitors and adversaries have only increased since the Department
