Three myths about Moon Jae-in, dispelled
It is essential to be clear-headed about the new South Korean President's intentions
There are several inaccuracies regarding the now apparently President-elect Moon commonly found in contemporary commentary: that the DPRK dominates his policy interests; that his Sunshine Policy would involve being weak on the DPRK; and that he will threaten the U.S.-ROK alliance.
For the sake of more accurate analysis, we ought not to swallow such canards uncritically.
