Kim Jong Un has delivered his clearest signal yet that he's ready to meet Donald Trump again — but only if Washington drops its “absurd obsession” with denuclearization. 

In a speech to North Korea’s rubber-stamp parliament on Sunday, Kim declared that nuclear disarmament is "unconstitutional" but paradoxically left the door open for just the kind of impromptu, personal diplomacy that characterized his surprise 2019 Panmunjom meeting with Trump.

“If the U.S. discards its absurd obsession with denuclearization and desires genuine peaceful coexistence with us based on acknowledging reality, we have no reason not to face
