Dozens of Chinese Weikerui V7s spotted in Rason special economic zone
A fleet of Chinese-made electric-powered Weikerui V7 cars, which look almost identical to the Volkswagen e-Up model, were spotted on sale in the far northeast of North Korea last month, photos seen by NK Pro show.
Dozens of apparently brand new red and white-colored Weikerui V7s – still featuring plastic protective sheeting over seats and key features – were on display outside a large navy/gym facility in the Rason special economic zone, the photos show.
While some of the cars on display included Weikerui’s logo, some notably included an exact clone of the original
