Chinese, Russian tankers in North Korea oil deliveries, data shows
Chinese tanker owned by Dalian-based company with office in London linked to DPRK deliveries
North Korea is using Chinese and Russian tankers to assist in delivering its oil, the NK Pro vessel tracker and data from Marine Traffic show.
The DPRK owns a fleet of tankers, most of which are usually busy moving oil products between from terminals in the Russian Far East, or China’s Dalian terminal.
Within the last 24 hours, two small tankers from the North’s neighbors arrived at its largest oil offloading facility in Nampho, on the country’s west coast.
