The trade of human hair led North Korea's business with China in both directions in May, according to data released by China's General Administration of Customs (GAC). 

Pyongyang also imported $2.2 million worth of medicine, including drugs used to treat tuberculosis, as the country contends with one of the world's highest rates of the disease.
