North Korean state media made a show of leader Kim Jong Un arriving at an event on a large yacht for the first time last week in another attempt to enhance his royal image, though it appears he did not use one of his more luxurious foreign vessels.

NK Pro has identified the “No. 999” yacht used at the Wonsan Kalma beach resort ceremony as one he inherited from his father and former leader Kim Jong Il. 

The vessel is about 48 meters (157 feet) long and spends most of the year docked at Kim’s private shipyard
