S. Korean president undecided on May Russia visit

Decision has to consider relations with Russia in light of the Ukraine crisis

SEOUL — South Korean President Park Geun-hye has yet to decide whether to attend Russia's Victory Day ceremony in May, which North Korean leader Kim Jong Un is supposedly set to attend, Seoul’s Foreign Minister said Tuesday.

The decision would take some time and will be made after considering factors including ROK-Russia relations and the Ukraine crisis comprehensively, Minister Yun Byung-se said in a seminar hosted by a local newspaper.
