‘Tailored Engagement’ model presented to National Assembly

Stanford professors says South Korea must take point on improving relations with the North

Researchers at Stanford University have developed a new model for dealing with North Korea, which they presented a report on to members of the South Korean National Assembly at a September 15 hearing.

"Tailored Engagement: Toward an Effective and Sustainable Inter-Korean Relations" was authored by Stanford professor Gi-Wook Shin, David Straub and Joyce Lee of Stanford's Walter H. Shorenstein Asia-Pacific Research Center.
