N. Korea submits official UN complaint over assassination film

Expert says UN support for free speech 'not absolute'; may condemn 'hate speech'

North Korea has officially filed a protest with the United Nations regarding the U.S. film “The Interview.”

The North filed its complain June 27, two days after a spokesman from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs called the film an act of terrorism.
