The U.S. and South Korea will begin annual springtime military training exercises on Monday, according to Seoul’s Joint Chiefs of Staff (JCS).
The announcement came as North Korea conducted yet another projectile launch over the weekend. North Korea’s state media reported that it successfully tested a new "tactical guided" weapon, reportedly reaching an apogee of 15 miles (25 km) and a speed of Mach 4.
