Roughly seven out of 10 South Koreans want U.S. President-elect Joe Biden to meet with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un in a future summit, according to a Korea Institute for National Unification (KINU) survey released Wednesday.
The survey, which interviewed more than 1,000 South Koreans in person between Nov. 10 and Dec. 3, showed that 73% of respondents favor face-to-face summits between Biden and Kim, regardless of their own political affiliations.
