North Korean embassy official calls ‘The Mole’ documentary a ‘total fabrication’

North Korean official says "everything will be cleared" once Nordic countries complete their investigations

Less than a week after a Danish documentary revealed North Korea's attempts to sell weapons and drugs to undercover actors, an official from the DPRK Embassy in Sweden told NK News that the film is a "total fabrication."

In a three-part series, "The Mole" depicts two men going undercover to set up an elaborate deal with the DPRK — a years-long adventure that includes a key scene inside the North Korean Embassy in Stockholm, where a diplomat is secretly recorded asking one of the men to keep their plans confidential.
