North Korea slams U.S. “betrayal” over joint drills, warns time running out

Joint U.S.-ROK Military drills this week represent a "betrayal" and a "breach" of the Singapore agreement between President Donald Trump and North Korean leader Kim Jong Un, a spokesman for the country's State Affairs Commission (SAC) said in a statement released Wednesday.
