As a second summit looms, fear of a bad deal prevails in Washington DC

Observers in the U.S. capital are increasingly concerned Trump will give away too much

In late January I once again returned to Washington, D.C. to attend a conference, but also to use the opportunity to meet members of the U.S. expert community, as well as officials, diplomats, and Congressional staffers.
