U.S. must “take full responsibility” if relations turn sour, N. Korean media warns

Uriminzokkiri says Washington's behavior risks return to "worst war crisis" of last year

Washington should “take full responsibility” if the DPRK-U.S. relations deteriorate, North Korean state-run media on Friday said, stepping up accusations that the Trump administration is staging covert military operations on the peninsula.

In the article, the Uriminzokkiri — widely seen as outer-track media and not for domestic consumption — continued what has been a week of anti-U.S. rhetoric in state outlets, denouncing Washington for conducting unannounced drills against the North in the Philippines and South Korea.
