Discussions with North Korean leader were “warm”: Pompeo

Pompeo implies U.S. will provide the DPRK with economic aid in return for denuclearization

U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo on Friday said that talks with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un were "warm" and that the U.S. previously had many enemies which were now "close" partners.

Pompeo made the remarks at a press conference with his South Korean counterpart Kang Kyung-wha in Washington, after returning from his second trip to Pyongyang.
