South Korea has accepted a proposal by the North to hold working-level talks on its participation in the PyeongChang Winter Olympics on January 17, the unification ministry confirmed to NK News on Monday.
Pyongyang proposed the talks take place on the southern side of Panmunjom, and be led by Jon Jong Su, vice chairman of the DPRK's Committee for the Peaceful Reunification of the Country (CPRC).
