N. Korean organizations reject Chinese dual-freeze proposal as “irresponsible”

Beijing "doesn’t understand... the nuclear issue," say DPRK groups

Two North Korean groups on Monday denounced Beijing and Moscow's support for a “suspension for suspension” freeze as “irresponsible behavior,” the state-run Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) reported.

The joint statement, issued by the National Peace Committee of Korea and the Pan-Korean Emergency Measure Committee for Opposing Nuclear War Drills against the DPRK, condemned recent proposals by China for a suspension of North Korean missile and nuclear tests in exchange for a pause in joint U.S.-South Korean military exercises.
