In report, DPRK foreign ministry says country will seek "practical equilibrium" with U.S.

North Korea foreign ministry on Wednesday said that Pyongyang will speed up its nuclear and missile development and “categorically" rejects Monday's new United Security Security Council (UNSC) resolution against the country.

“The DPRK will redouble the efforts to increase its strength to safeguard the country's sovereignty and right to existence and to preserve peace and security of the region by establishing the practical equilibrium with the U.S.,” the report, carried by the state-run Korean Central News Agency (KCNA), read.
