China calls latest U.S. measures over North Korea “errors”

Beijing warns Washington that measures on its enterprises may impact Sino-U.S. efforts on DPRK

The Thursday imposition of U.S. measures on a Chinese bank, entity and individuals for links to North Korea could affect bilateral cooperation on the matter, a Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs spokesperson warned on Friday.

The comments were made at a regular briefing, with the MFA spokesperson also taking the opportunity to claim that - despite information submitted by the Treasury - China is in compliance with UN Security Council (UNSC) resolutions against the DPRK.
