Pyongyang has renovated the Sosan Hotel and Kyonghung Restaurant and built a new cruise ship to commemorate the 70th Anniversary of the Workers’ Party of Korea, state media have reported.
“Completion of the renovation of Sosan Hotel is a realization of the orders of President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il,” Ro Tu Chol, the vice-premier and chairman of the State Planning Commission was quoted as saying by the Korean Central News Agency at the dedication ceremony Monday.
