The U.S. House Foreign Affairs Committee says it will investigate export of computer systems to North Korea by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).
The equipment was supplied to help North Koreas national patent office update its computer system and gain access to international patent data.
WIPO also reportedly sent computer gear to Iran.
