Navy officer promoted for first spotting N. Korea’s rocket launch
CHANGWON, South Korea, April 27 (Yonhap) — A Navy non-commissioned officer received a special promotion and a medal for being the first to detect the launch of a long-range rocket by North Korea earlier this month, the Navy said Friday.
