South Korean Minister of Government Administration and Home Affairs Jung Jong-sup, Paju Mayor Lee Jae-hong, Daeseong-dong village chief Kim Dong-gu and president of Habitat Korea Song Young-tae on Wednesday gathered at the village to release the cooperation plan.
