North Korea’s Television Channel KCTV released video footage of Pyongyang’s new airport on Tuesday, showing shopping facilities, adverts for North Korean products and hugely upgraded facilities.
The footage was released as part of a documentary on the airport and indicates the new terminal is nearly complete. South Korea’s Channel A News reported the new facilities are supposed to encourage tourists to spend more money in North Korea.
