North Korea issued a statement today on the Kaesong Industrial Complex (KIC), saying it decided on the currently disputed minimum wage hikes in November, and notified the South Korean authorities of the changes.
The two countries are currently deadlocked over the issue of pay raises in the KIC, since the DPRK announced it wanted to increase Kaesong worker wages in February.
