North Korea's top diplomat meets Iranian counterpart in Iran on "goodwill visit"

North Korean foreign minister Ri Su Yong met his Iranian counterpart Mohammad Javid Zarif in Tehran on Monday to discuss ongoing cooperation between the two countries, Iranian media said on Tuesday.
