Documents available on the website of a Russian information technology organization have revealed the qualifications and curricula vitae of dozens of North Korean IT specialists who Pyongyang is proposing be sent to Russia to work.
The documents were reportedly given to the Information and Computer Technologies Industry Association (APKIT) by North Korean officials as part of a proposal by the DPRK embassy in Moscow to offer Russian IT firms the use of North Korean computer technology workers.
