OXFORD – Some of Europe’s most respected experts on North Korea gathered at the University of Oxford on Saturday May 4 to address the question of how the international community can effectively engage North Korea.

Former British ambassadors to North Korea, as well as aid workers, academics and political analysts from Europe and beyond, many with long experience working inside the secretive state, were among the keynote speakers.
