    fantastic piece. South Korea’s NSL is an embarassment and should be repealed immediately. As you rightly indicate, its a law based on some very vintage insecurities and I seriously doubt any average S. Korean is likely to be influenced duly by N. Korea.  Maybe if ROK allowed S. Koreans a better look at DPRK (i.e, closer visits to border areas) then ppl could see for them self how bad N. Korea actually is.
