Editorial: China Should Encourage N.Korea to Apologize for Attacks

China’s state-run Xinhua news agency reported on Thursday that North Korean leader Kim Jong-il called for an early resumption of stalled six-party nuclear talks when he met Chinese President Hu Jintao on Wednesday. North Korea’s state-run Korean Central News Agency said Hu vowed to do his best to further the alliance between Beijing and Pyongyang.
